As Chief Operating Officer of Felix Strategies, led the creation of a scalable operational framework—developing SOPs, pricing structures, onboarding/offboarding systems, CRM implementation, and internal workflows that unified company processes across departments. EDUCATION REIMAGINED

As a college professor, redesigned the Networking Administration program to mirror real-world IT and operations environments. Built an “always available” virtual lab using server virtualization and remote access, allowing students to configure, troubleshoot, and manage live systems. Lead organizational design, workflow optimization, and brand consistency initiatives across marketing, client success, and internal systems.

Key contributions include developing and implementing company-wide SOPs, onboarding/offboarding systems, and pricing frameworks; leading CRM and automation integrations (Zoho CRM, Zoho Social, Bookings, Campaigns); and establishing quarterly client success reviews to measure growth and retention. Partner closely with the CEO on strategic planning, business development, and team alignment—ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and a scalable foundation for continued expansion.
